Unless an order is properly monitored, tracked, checked and followed up, the potential for calamity and chaos is limitless. We want you to receive all of your goods, in the correct colour, at the right time, undamaged, and we think that it is the least you should expect.

Our operations department, who will be handling your order, have over 10 years experience in logistics and order management, including moving millions of pounds of products around the world. We have strict procedures in operation to cover all aspects of order ‘paper flow’.

Accurate order status

Our personnel have invested considerable time in developing trusting and professional relationships with all our suppliers and service providers. This means that we can be sure of supplying accurate information to you on the status of an active order, at any time from receipt of order to final snagging.

We make a point of keeping our clients up to date with exactly what is happening with the progress of their order, and we will liaise closely well in advance of an installation to make certain that the site is clear and ready. All operations personnel are included in product training that enables them to provide immediate answers to your queries on service issues.
