We believe that the relationship between us and our clients is one of trust. It can be difficult for a client to completely trust a supplier if they cannot see where their money is being spent. For this reason we are very open and transparent about what we are charging and what exactly the client is receiving.
Choose from a menu of individual services
We have a great many services available to our clients; however we don’t believe that our clients should have to support those services when they are not taking advantage of them. This is why all of our services are separate profit centres, generating their own revenue from their own projects, not dependant upon the parent company for their survival. If for example a client uses our design service then we would charge for that service, a very reasonable fee – actually well below the market rate – but clear to see.
We have all encountered the scenario where design work is ‘free’ or ‘speculative’. We believe that our clients are not naive enough to believe that anybody works for free. Which projects’ design fee will be included in YOUR furniture bill?
Transparent costs
How much better then, to be completely upfront with all costs. You can see exactly how much you are paying and for what service. During a project as costs are accrued they will be agreed upon and signed off, this way there can be no surprises at the end of the project. We are proud to be open and honest with our fees and charges, and believe that we offer exceptional value for money to our clients.
